Today was pretty much a failure!
Okay, that's a bit strong, but things just did not go right. Little things, like screwing up my nail polish right after applying it, or making a dinner that just did. not. taste. good. I think I'm quickly getting tired of being home 24/7... I don't think I'd make a good housewife, haha.
Let's talk about yesterday, that was a much better day on the whole. My interview went super-well, and I seemed to click with the people I was meeting with. I'm not getting my hopes up, but I am hopeful. Fingers and toes crossed! After Larry got home, we went out to eat and indulged in a bit of shopping. I picked up a classic controller for our new Wii, so I can play old-school Final Fantasy games. (The GameStop employee was pretty impressed with my gaming skills, and was flirting with me something horrible, haha.) And then we went to Whole Foods, and actually bought things there! We usually just browse the aisles, and Larry looks fondly at the PG Tips and Pimm's (pretty sure that's the only store on island where you can get Pimm's).
Oh well, hopefully things are better tomorrow!!
(As a side note, I am watching Project Runway right now, and omg, can Miss Piggy be on every week?!? That sassiness is a big breath of fresh air.)
